The bad news:
An unfortunate event has occurred in which all of our Newsletter mailing information was lost, meaning all names and addresses are gone.

Good news?
We’ve found a backup from 2004, and supposedly a more new backup is lying around somewhere, we just need to find it.

If you’ve:

• joined within the last few years
• … or you just would like to know what address we have on file for you..

Yesterday Virginia Beach Aerie 3204 conducted its Joint Installation of Officers. The night was a success, and we thank everyone for attending. Put in your two cents about the evening by clicking the “Leave a Comment” link above.

JOINT INSTALLATION of OFFICERS

“Aerie” “Auxiliary” “Juniors”

Saturday, May 31st

Fall-in 5:15 PM

Installation Program 5:30-6:30 PM

Incoming/Installing Officers: Men Suit & Tie,

Women dress in appropriate apparel.

Guests may wear their favorite

High School/College Shirt, Jersey or Sweater

Dinner immediately following Installation until 7:30 PM

‘Aerie 3204 Good Old Times School/Table Competition’ 7:30-9:00 PM

(All Officers may dress-down to their favorite

High School/College Shirt, Jersey or Sweater

Variety Dance Music played by Bob Freitag until midnight

Dinner Menu - (Cold Platter): Ham, Turkey, Cheese, Potato/Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Rolls, Butter, Coffee/Tea and Desert

About the menu: It is desired that ‘everyone’ be able to partake in our program. Therefore, we don’t want to see members cooking, washing and cleaning the night-away. Instead, we have a quick cold meal, where everyone Eats, Enjoys, then helps Clean-up things. Remember that I have a drive in progress to offset the cost of our Installation of Officers program. Please don’t run when I approach you! I will ask you two questions: 1-Support the Drive and 2-Do you plan on attending? If so, I will give you a free ticket. Members see or call Bob Freitag (497-3336) by 24 May for their free ticket/support pledge. Everyone is invited to this event, but we want you to have a free advance ticket, (this allows for adequate food and table arrangements).
